SeeWander is the honest, data-driven guide to living, working and moving to South-East Europe. We help internationals — remote workers, digital nomads and expats — answer the real questions before a move: what does it actually cost, how do I stay legally, and who's hiring? — city by city across 11 countries.
Every number on SeeWander is cited. Cost-of-living figures are triangulated from Numbeo and current market reports; visa rules come from official government pages and reputable immigration sources; job and company signals come from regional job boards and public news. Each page shows its sources and a "verified" date. Where data is thin (small or seasonal towns), we say so rather than guess. We don't publish invented numbers.
The Balkans and Central Europe offer Western-Europe quality of life at a fraction of the cost, in an EU-friendly timezone — and several countries have launched digital-nomad visas in the last two years. The information gap for English-speaking movers is real, and that's the gap we fill.
SeeWander is independent. Some outbound links (e.g. insurance or banking) may earn us a referral fee at no cost to you, and we may connect you with vetted relocation partners. This never changes the data we publish.
